The undefeatable Santos Vega loses the minstrel's duel against the devil and therefore he dies.
This song is about the departure of Santos Vega from the ground and from the memory of most people, since only a few can tell where's the forgotten tree under which Santos Vegas is buried.
Even today some folks claim that when a guitar hangs over a well, the minstrel's soul shall raise.
